We can remotely support a wide range of devices such as laptops, desktops, servers, phones, and more; however, there are limitations such as if the device has a reliable internet connection and possesses an accessible route for access - which is typically dependent on its operating system. As such we support operating systems such as Windows, OSX/MacOS, and Linux. However, bespoke firmware and operating systems for hardware such as integrated devices, printers, phone systems, and more may offer limited connectivity and may be subject to additional charges. We are based in Great Dunmow, Essex; and as such for IT support we are limited to within a 40 mile radius of our base office. However, for services such as marketing and software development we offer nationwide and intercontinental coverage.

This is certainly a service we can offer; however, this typically isn't the most cost effective option for you. Furthermore, depending on the existing IT provider, this can be a little tricky to manage. In this scenario we usually suggest trying to resolve any issues with the current supplier or submit a complaint to them.

We invoice our clients on the first of every month for services rendered in the month previous. I.e. An invoice received on 1 February 2023 would be for services rendered in January 2023. All our invoices are issued on a NET 30 payment terms basis - that is you have 30 calendar days to pay any outstanding balances. If you are in financial difficulty please do contact us as we’re always happy to work with our clients through both good and challenging times.

Our contracts for some services are a minimum of three months, after this period they occur on a rolling month-by-month basis. However, for most of our services, there is no minimum contract length!
